Ulysse Gounelle is a public affairs project manager at CommStrat, where he supports senior consultants and consultants in their work.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Paris, Nancy campus, majoring in Politics and Government, with a year spent at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Public Policy, specialising in Public Administration, at Sciences Po.
In addition to this theoretical foundation, which has a particular focus on law, he has built up solid experience in the administrative and political spheres through various internships, including at the office of the President of the French Senate and within the European Community of Alsace. Alongside this, his involvement in both politics and associations has enabled him to gain a detailed understanding of political and institutional issues in France and Europe.
