Maximilien holds a master’s degree in public law from the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management at Université Paris Cité. He was elected as a student representative for 4 years and student vice-dean.


In parallel with his studies, Maximilien completed an internship at the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) as a communications and public relations officer, during which he was able to grasp the full range of issues linked to institutional communications and the organization of events for legal professionals. He also completed an internship as a parliamentary assistant to a vice-president of the Social Affairs Commission, enabling him to deepen his skills in the legislative and political fields.
