Graduated in European Affairs (Sciences Po Paris), she was also part of the first Spanish graduating class in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics (Carlos III University, Autonomous University of Madrid and Pompeu Fabra University). She began her career in the communications sector in Brussels at Agence Europe, a press agency specializing in European affairs, where she worked on “international policy” and “security-defense” issues. At CommStrat, she leads the portfolio of Energy and Industry clients. Carmen is involved in various projects in partnership with the European Commission, focusing on youth education and citizen participation. Specialist of European affairs and international relations, she is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian.
