Ali-Fuad Turgut is the founder of AFT Global, a Paris-based advisory firm specialised in market entry and growth strategies in France and across Europe for companies from emerging markets. A former OECD policy analyst and team lead, he led work on private sector competitiveness, the business environment and regional competitiveness, with a focus on EU enlargement dynamics, economic reforms and public–private dialogue.
He also brings expertise in access to finance and in policies related to the prevention of business distress, bankruptcy and “second chance” frameworks. He provides in-depth insight into EU/OECD policy frameworks, helping to inform and strengthen evidence-based decision-making on projects with a European and international dimension. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and European Policies (UCLouvain).
