French-Italian, Julia holds a Master’s degree in European Affairs from SciencesPo Paris. After an initial experience in a Brussels-based consultancy firm, where she specialized in European issues relating to health, energy and agriculture, Julia pursued her professional career at the French National Assembly and the European Parliament as a parliamentary assistant specialized in Franco-German and European issues. Julia also teaches a European institutions simulation class at SciencesPo Paris. Passionate about languages and Europe, she is fluent in French, Italian, German, English and Spanish. At CommStrat, she is in charge of European affairs.
