The team

Guillaume LABBEZ

Président – Fondateur

After a first experience in public relations during the 2002 French presidential elections, he started working for the Department of Researches of political party. Then, as a participant of a Young Leaders program, he joined the Vice Prime Minister of Quebec office. Afterward, he worked as a communication officer for the Prime Minister press department (Jean-Pierre Raffarin’s office). At the age of 23, Guillaume became the youngest ministerial advisor ever as he worked under Prime Minister Dominic de Villepin’s office.

He joined the consulting firm Boury Tallon & Associés in 2007, as a director then a partner and director of the consulting division. Concurrently, he coordinated the presidential project of and the monitoring of public opinion, for a candidate to the Primary elections.

He holds an Executive Master degree from the Sciences Po University. Where he is a lecturer in his former university and a pedagogical director of the Professional Certificate: Public Affairs Strategist.
Involved in the debate of ideas, Guillaume is currently the general secretary of the Think Tank DroiteLib’ and administrator, as well as president of the Europe Commission, of the Concorde Foundation.



Lawyer by training, Sacha has graduated in law (University of Lyon) and in International Relations (Hebrew University of Jerusalem). In 2016, he became regional (Isère) supervisor of a youth association supporting Emmanuel Macron and his movement for the presidential elections and the parliamentary elections. He worked for a year as collaborator of Isère’s deputy and French parliament social affairs commission’s general rapporteur Olivier Véran. Together, they have worked a lot on public health cases. Sacha too is very involved in civic and political associative projects. While he was working at the French Parliament, he became the association of progressive collaborator’s general secretary.



Graduated in European Affairs (Sciences Po Paris), she is also part of the first graduating class of the Diploma in Philosophy, Politics and Economics in Spain (Carlos III University, Autonomous University of Madrid and Pompeu Fabra University). She started off her career in the communications sector as an intern in Agence Europe, a Brussels press agency specialized in European affairs, where she collaborated on the ‘external action’ and ‘security and defence’ sections. Carmen is involved in various projects in partnership with the European Commission, focusing in particular on youth education and citizen participation. Passionate about international relations and the study of new cultures, she is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian.



Graduated in law, political science and International Relations (Jean Moulin Lyon III University and Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence), more precisely on security and defense issues in the Middle East, International and European law, she also holds a University Diploma in American Law (Jean Moulin Lyon III University). She was parliamentary assistant for Stéphane Trompille, serving on the Defense Committee and involved in issues related to outer space and environment. Curious, fond of literature, her interest has always lain on “public issues”. Thus, she co-created and became Vice-President of the association “6visme”, which promotes and familiarizes youth to the exercise of citizenship. Lara is also a member of « Civil Impact », a political incubator.

Hippolyte CAREL

Policy officer

After 2 years of economic and commercial preparatory class in Lyon, he came to Paris to prepare a Master in Management at Essec Business School. Within the audiovisual association of his school, he is in charge of producing digital communication materials for their clients (companies, associations, schools). Fascinated by the different cultures of North Asia, he has been studying Mandarin Chinese for 10 years now, in addition to French, English and Spanish.


Policy officer

Graduated in Political Science from the University of Lausanne, in Public Law from the University of Bordeaux, and in Psychology from the Institute Catholic of Toulouse, Fannie came to Paris to pursue a Master degree in Constitutional Law at University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Fannie worked as an intern with the Judge of juveniles of the High Court of Toulouse and with a lawyer in Toulouse. During her university program, she lived six months in Sweden, and three years in Switzerland, where she worked in the communication and hosting fields. Interested in interdisciplinary approaches and analysis of societies, she finally specialized in Constitutional Law and anthropology of law.


Pierre-Yves LE BORGN’

Senior Policy Advisor

Degreeg in law, graduated in political studies and holder of a LLM, Pierre-Yves Le Borgn’ is a former French deputy. ; from 2012 to 2017, he represented French populations established in Central Europe and in the Western Balkans.
Pierre-Yves Le Borgn’ has been the protractor of PACE (the Parliamentary Assembly of the European Council) and sat in several commissions: the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, the Committer on the elections of judges to the European Court of Human Rights and the Committee of culture, education and media.

Before his election at the National French Assembly, he was responsible for Public Affaire, Communication and Legal departments in international American companies, as Vice-president Corporate Affairs in Europe for First Solar, director of industry relations and EU law counsel at Rohm and Haas company or president of the Environmental Commission for the European Confederation of chemical industry.

Pierre-Yves Le Borgn’ speaks English, German, Spanish and Portuguese. He worked in Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, in Hong-Kong and in the United States. He works today in Bruxelles.


Senior advisor

Laurent has 25 years of experience in corporate communication, influence (media relations and public affairs) and crisis management, in both companies and agencies.
He spent 7 years at General Electric (GE) as Communications Director for France. In this position, he oversaw the acquisition of Alstom’s energy activities and negotiations with the French State. He was also at the heart of GE’s digital transformation plan.

Prior to that, Laurent was a Partner in several major agencies in France (Publicis, Financial Dynamics, Euro RSCG) where he advised many corporate executives to define and implement their crisis exit strategies. He has also acted as communication advisor on numerous financial transactions (public offerings and initial public offerings).

Laurent holds a postgraduate degree in Political and Social Communication at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University

Jennifer MORGAN

Special advisor

Jennifer is our media’s relations and coverage specialist. She is very experienced in consulting for companies’ board of directors, and she has a great knowledge of the United Kingdom, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Northern Africa’s politicians.

She holds a Politics degree from the University of Warwick. Her career path took her from journalism to the elaboration of important corporations’ communication’s strategies. Jennifer is an expert in long-term reputation building and in managerial communication. While working for United Kingdom’s leader communication firm Chime, she intervened in numerous crisis and legal disputes situations for their clients.


Senior advisor

Alan is our International communicator and political strategist. He provides guidance to our clients and give them access to key networks (governmental, international organisation and media).

Born in New York, he graduated from Colombia in Journalism. He has worked in several international communication firms based in London. Alan is an expert in media relations and political strategy. He has also worked for different governments in Central and Eastern Europe.

Now living in Paris, Alan an asset management advisor. He works tightly with sovereign wealth funds and family offices which invest in the European Union and Africa.
He has worked as an electoral campaign director in many European countries: Italy, France, Hungary, Russia, and has assisted leaders from Romania, Latvia, Turkey and Poland. Alan is also an expert in international press relations.

Charlotte LE BARBIER

Special advisor

Charlotte advises leaders and companies in the structuring of their position and speech; she converts their stakes and objectives in comprehensive and consistent strategies. Her experience within corporate groups allows her to support companies development by building communication plans which privilege partnerships, co-constructions and transparency.
After 5 years of lobbying and influence communication alongside exposed personalities and structures, Charlotte have managed media relations for SUEZ company in the General Direction service and in different business lines: media strategy, brief, coaching, training. Her experience next to leaders lead her to ply the position of Communication Director within the Executive Management Committee of different departments from SUEZ.

Today, she is very much involved in the circular and solidarity economy and works as skills-based sponsor for associations wanting to make people understand the issues of our citizen actions.


Special advisor

Patrick Massiah intervenes at CommStrat as part of coaching sessions for leaders and teams within companies. He can be requested in order to prepare people for public speaking, writing and team building. He is the ideal teammate to bring creativity in the thinking of strategic communication plans.

Patrick Massiah is an actor, trainer and stage director. Former student of Julien Bertheau, member of the French Comedy, he combines his background in New York and at the American Center.

He has created and is the current director of the Tapis Volant Company. He is a producer for TV and cinema. He was in charge for the WebTV and the media training for the Reunica Group for whom he produced an institutional film on the change management. So did he for Citroën.

Since 25 years, he’s been developing internships for self-confidence and public speaking with methods from the actors’ sector.

He intervenes at Sciences Po and Central Paris for continuing education. He participates with Iwips to the creation of a pedagogical Escape. He won the Special Jury Prize of the Adapt, Citizenship and Handicap.

He is a Master NLP Practicioner and a hypnotherapist.

Fascinated by regulated markets, the economist Pierre Bentata is our macroeconomic and sectorial researches expert. In addition, he is our academic sector’s and think tanks’ relations specialist.

He holds a doctorate in Economy, and is currently lecturer at the ESC Troyes. Economic advisor, Pierre is a specialist in Health and Environmental Economy. He has written reports related on these topics for many think tanks and industrial companies. Many of his academic papers have been published.

Pierre has written numerous essays and he co-founded with Nicolas Bouzou the European Think Tank Belem Circle. He is regularly invited to express his thoughts in the media and Business Schools.


Special advisor

Baki is our digital communication and influence on the Internet specialist. He knows perfectly how to handle and influence public debates (online and offline).

He was president of a national student union from 2008 until 2012. Attracted by entrepreneurship he is the creator of: the online petition website WeSignIt which has 4 millions users in France, the audio-visual production agency Tao World and the digital communication agency Raiz.

Baki is very involved in the associative sector, he is president of the world’s network “Active Generation” which promotes the initiatives for a more democratic and open-minded Society.
